Project Overview
WestAim Construction was selected to deliver the first Burger Factory location in Alberta, providing a complete design-build solution from concept to final occupancy. Working in close collaboration with Burger Factory’s head office in Ontario, our team coordinated every stage of the project to ensure the new location reflected the brand’s established identity, operational standards, and customer experience. From procurement and project management to full construction execution, we delivered a modern quick-service restaurant built to support efficient operations, long-term durability, and future franchise growth.
The Challenge
Launching the first franchise location in a new province required careful coordination between multiple stakeholders, suppliers, consultants, and corporate decision-makers. Maintaining brand consistency while adapting the project to local building codes, permitting requirements, and construction standards demanded continuous communication with the Ontario head office. The project also required efficient procurement management and disciplined scheduling to ensure materials, finishes, and equipment were delivered on time, allowing construction to progress without unnecessary delays.
